USAGE POLICY & HOARDING FEE NOTICE

HOARDING FEE : RM 5.00 per 30 minutes
Hoarding fees will be applied under the following circumstances:
1. Non-EV vehicles parked in the designated charging bays.
2. EV vehicles occupying charging bays without actively charging.
3. Vehicles not removed from charging bays within 20 minutes after charging completion.
Note: You will receive an SMS notification upon charging completion. The hoarding fee will be automatically included in your charges upon exit.
